The Faculty & Staff Fitness program is offered Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 12:10-12:45.   

The classes will be located Monday/Wednesday in Forbes Gym 250 & on Fridays in KA 202A.

The classes will be taught by Kristen Ince (Kinesiology faculty/lecturer & fitness instructor)

& Kinesiology/Recreation students assisting & teaching to gain experience.

   This program is affiliated with the Kinesiology & Recreation Administration

 

Fitness Schedule:

Monday:         Yoga Fitness w/Kristen Ince

This class is a Yoga based style incorporating strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation, body awareness & core training.  Appropriate for all levels.

Wednesday:   Yoga Fitness w/Kristen Ince

This class is a Yoga based style incorporating strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation, body awareness & core training.  Appropriate for all levels.

Friday:           Fitness Fusion w/Kristen Ince

This class is a combination class that combines Yoga, Strength endurance, Cardio & Core strength.   Appropriate for many levels.

 

Program Administration:

  1. The program is 14+ weeks long, ~40 classes/$40 fee
  2. Attend any or all of the classes above
  3. Participants can pay at the Cashiers office or online:
