You may pay in person the day of your appointment or you can pay online after booking your appointment. You will receive a confirmation after payment is received.
** No fee for all HSU students/faculty/staff & high school students. **
The cost of a baseline or post-injury test is $25*
This one-time fee covers all current and future assessments.
(Group rates for baselines available at reduced pricing)
*This is an out of pocket charge as Insurance will not pay for concussion baseline testing. We are happy to print you an invoice.
